Are these medicines registered with FDA Philippines?
Oral minoxidil and finasteride are prescription medicines regulated by FDA Philippines, and they are dispensed only on a prescription. Dailys is the telehealth service that connects you to a PRC-licensed Philippine doctor who decides whether they are appropriate for you.
Do these meds actually work?
Both are clinically studied molecules and are among the most commonly prescribed treatments for pattern hair loss. Finasteride targets DHT, the hormone behind pattern hair loss. Minoxidil acts on the hair follicle. They work on different mechanisms, which is why a doctor may prescribe them together. We don’t promise specific results — hair responds differently for everyone.
How long until I see results?
Hair responds differently for everyone, so we don’t promise a timeline. These are slow treatments — they are taken daily over months, not weeks, and your doctor will set expectations for your situation during your consult and at follow-up.
What are the side effects?
Most patients tolerate both medications well. Possible side effects include: lightheadedness or fluid retention (minoxidil); decreased libido or erectile changes (finasteride — typically mild and reversible). Our doctor will screen your health history and discuss risks during your consult. If anything feels off, you reach us directly.
What if it doesn't work for me?
If our doctor determines you're not a fit during the consult, you get a full refund — no questions asked. After 3 months on your plan, if you're not seeing results, we'll have our doctor re-evaluate and adjust your plan, or give you a full refund — no questions, no clinical hoops.
How does the consult work?
After you order, you book a free 15-minute consult with our licensed PH doctor via Google Meet. They review your quiz answers, ask about your health history, and issue your prescription if you're a fit. The whole call is private and judgement-free. Medication only ships after approval.
Is my information private?
Yes. We comply with the PH Data Privacy Act (RA 10173). Your health information is shared only with your prescribing doctor and our pharmacy partner for fulfillment. Packaging is plain and unbranded — nothing on the outside identifies what’s inside.
Where do you ship?
Nationwide across the Philippines — Metro Manila, Luzon, Visayas, Mindanao. Delivery is 3-5 business days via Ninja Van or J&T Express. Tracking link comes to your email when it ships.
Can I cancel or pause my plan?
Yes. Each plan is bought as a one-off order today, so nothing recurring is charged and there is nothing to cancel. When you want to continue, you order your next cycle yourself. Email hello@dailys.ph any time and we’ll sort it out.
