    Answer a few questions about your hair goals and medical history. We'll match you with the right treatment plan.

  2. Secure your plan

    Check out. Your payment is held until the doctor approves your prescription. If they don't, full refund — no questions asked.

  3. Book your free consult

    15 minutes, Google Meet, whenever works for you. The doctor reviews your quiz answers, asks about your history, and answers any questions.

  4. Doctor issues your prescription

    If you're a good fit, your prescription is approved on the spot. If not, full refund + the doctor may suggest alternatives.

  5. Medicine ships to your door

    Discreet packaging, 3-5 days nationwide. Refills ship automatically — you can pause or cancel any time from your account.
