Refund policy
Before prescription: full refund
If our physician declines to prescribe after your consultation, or if you cancel before your consult, you receive a full refund within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
After prescription issued: case-by-case
Once a prescription is approved and medication is dispensed by our pharmacy partner, returns are generally not accepted. This is for your safety — dispensed medications cannot be re-sold once they've left the pharmacy.
Exceptions we will honor:
- Defective product (damaged packaging, wrong medication, expired) — full refund or replacement
- Adverse reaction reported to your physician within 14 days — partial refund + clinical follow-up
- Shipping error (lost in transit, wrong address due to our mistake) — full refund or reshipment
How to request a refund
Email hello@dailys.ph with your order number and reason. We respond within 2 business days.
Refund processing time
Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days via PayMongo. Your bank may take additional time to reflect the refund.
Subscription cancellations
You can cancel an active subscription at any time from your account. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle — you'll receive and keep the meds you paid for in that cycle.
