Medical disclaimer
1. Prescription medications
Minoxidil, finasteride, and combination products sold through Dailys are prescription-only medications regulated by the Philippine Food and Drug Administration (FDA PH). All prescriptions are issued by licensed Philippine physicians after a consultation reviewing your health history.
2. No doctor-patient relationship before consult
Taking our quiz, browsing our site, or placing an order does not establish a doctor-patient relationship. That relationship begins only at your scheduled consultation with one of our physicians.
3. Side effects and risks
Oral minoxidil may cause: unwanted hair growth, fluid retention, lightheadedness, rapid heartbeat. Not safe if you have heart conditions, severe hypotension, or are pregnant/breastfeeding.
Finasteride (1mg) may cause: decreased libido, erectile dysfunction, mood changes, decreased sperm count. Rare but serious risks include persistent sexual side effects. Contraindicated in women of childbearing age due to risk of birth defects in male fetuses.
Our physicians will discuss side effects and risks during your consultation.
4. Not a substitute for in-person care
Telehealth has limits. If you experience emergencies, chest pain, severe allergic reactions, or any acute symptom, seek immediate in-person medical care — call 911 (PH: 911 or your local ER).
5. Informed consent
By proceeding with a consultation and accepting a prescription, you acknowledge that you have read this disclaimer, understand the risks and benefits, and consent to treatment.
6. Reporting adverse events
If you experience an adverse reaction, contact us immediately: clinical@dailys.ph or message us. We report serious adverse events to FDA PH as required.
